Beginning in 2018, the YRDSB started a new program that aimed to

connect youth to opportunities.

Looking for something fresh, modern and that would appeal to a younger demographic, I designed a simple yet bold logo. Teal + purple were chosen as they are bright but not overbearing and neutral but still powerful.
